Return and exchange policy
- The return or exchange of a product is a right for all our customers, and it includes all the products we offer on our shop.
- All the products offered on our shop are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packed in its original packaging.
- Return within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- Please take a picture and send the product with the city, address and order number specified so that it can be replaced by another product in case the product is corrupt or has a certain defect, or it is not used in accordance with the agreement.
- The amount is returned to the customer in full if the product he received is completely different from the product presented on our website.
- We are not responsible for expectations of customer use of the products, which we did not mention on the product page on our website.
- Deduct 30% or a value of at least 25 dirhams if the customer does not want the product and the latter has no defect or problem mentioned.
Digital Products
1. **Games, Software, and Media Purchases:**
- Unless otherwise specified, purchases including games, software downloads, and media content from the digital-univers.store Appstore, Digital Music store, Luna store, or Video store are non-returnable after purchase.
2. **Kindle Books:**
- Books accidentally purchased from the digital-univers.store Kindle Store can be returned within seven days of purchase. Refunds may not be available for partially read books or in cases of account abuse. Refunded books will no longer be accessible. To initiate a refund and return content, visit Manage Your Content and Devices on digital-univers.store.
3. **Kindle Gift Exchanges:**
- Kindle books received as gifts are exchangeable for a digital-univers.store Gift Card before acceptance.
4. **Subscription Cancellations:**
- Subscriptions to publications in the Newsstand section of the digital-univers.store Kindle Store (e.g., magazines, newspapers, blogs) can be canceled anytime via Manage Your Content and Devices.
5. **Digital Educational Resources:**
- Unopened digital educational resources can be returned within seven days of purchase.
6. **Add-On Refunds:**
- Add-Ons purchased from digital-univers.store Luna may qualify for a refund within 90 days of purchase, subject to order circumstances. For refund requests, please contact digital-univers.store customer service.
7. **Digital Music Refunds:**
- Songs or albums accidentally purchased from the Digital Music Store via Alexa are eligible for return and refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, contact customer service at digital-univers.store.
